More than 130 participants—including industry executives from top-tier companies, government stakeholders, and academic leaders—gathered for a high-impact day of strategic collaboration, bold ideas, and action-oriented dialogue.
With the sector facing transformative shifts in talent, technology, and guest expectations, FLC UK&I signaled a renewed commitment to investing in human capital as a lever for long-term growth and competitiveness.

The winning team of the FLC UK&I Challenge was Glion University, whose innovative response to the live business case stood out for its strategic clarity, creativity, and practical implementation potential. They will go on to represent the UK and Ireland Future Leaders Challenge at the MEA Finals in Dubai in January 2026, where standout teams from across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa will compete and collaborate on solutions to shape the future of global hospitality and tourism.
